Consultation to Healed Piece

How Getting a Tattoo Works

  1. 01

    Consultation

Free, no deposit. You and Jeff talk through the idea, placement, and size — and whether it will actually age well there.

  2. 02

    Design

Jeff draws the piece for your body, in the tradition it comes from. You see it, you shape it, nothing is stenciled until you’re sure.

  3. 03

    Sessions

Small pieces take one sitting. Sleeves and back pieces are built over sessions — quoted honestly up front, no surprises.

Before You Book

Tattoo Questions, Answered

Do you take walk-ins?

Larger custom work — Japanese sleeves, back pieces, cover-ups — is by consultation only so Jeff can design it properly. Smaller pieces can sometimes be done same-week; call (904) 647-5183 and ask.

How do consultations work?

Consultations are free. You and Jeff talk through the idea, placement, and size; he then designs the piece and quotes it. No deposit is needed to talk.

What styles do you specialize in?

Japanese (irezumi), American traditional, and black & grey — Jeff has tattooed in these styles for decades.

How much do tattoos cost?

It depends on size, placement, and detail. Small pieces start around shop minimum; sleeves and large custom work are quoted at consultation. See the pricing guide on the blog for honest ranges.

Where is the shop?

3938 Sunbeam Road #4, Jacksonville, FL 32257 — serving Mandarin, San Marco, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, and all of North Florida. Open Mon–Sat 12:30–7:00 PM.
